AFTRA

Ms. Susan Wallace, Executive Director
Canadian Actors Equity Association
44 Victoria Street, 1 2th Floor
Tonronto, Ontario Canada
MSC 3C4

Dear Susan:

We were extremely disappointed to hear of the Blue Man Group's intransigence and continued refusal to negotiate a fair contract with Canadian Actors Equity Association. Please be assured that the American Federation of Television and Radio Artists supports your efforts to bring the Blue Man Group to the bargaining table to negotiate a contract providing reasonable terms and acceptable standards for the performers involved.

We have notified our members of the dispute, and have asked them to support your efforts by not auditioning or accepting employment with the Blue Man Group's Canadian production until such time as CAEA has notified us that the producers have arranged acceptable terms with CAEA.

Please keep us apprised of your progress, and please do not hesitate to ict us know if wc can be of any further assistance to our brothers and sisters in Canadian Actors Equity Association.

In Solidarity,

Kim Roberts Hedgpeth /s/

Kim Roberts Hedgpeth
Associate National Executive Director
